Thank you for shopping VOTIA! We believe you will be thrilled with the adult sex toys you purchase from the VOTIA.

For the safety and well-being of every woman, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on any toys that have been opened, used, or have a broken packaging seal. Thank you for your understanding.

If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of the date you receive the product from VOTIA. 

 

How Do I Proceed a Refund?
To start the return process,

Please email support@votia.club with your order number, photos or video of the issue.

Once we confirm the item is unused, unopened, and have the original packaging seal, our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return and return address.

When the return pacakge has been received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost for return if it isn't a manufacturing issue. 

 

I Received a Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order defective, or incorrect, please reach out at support@votia.club within 7 days of receiving the product, with a detailed description of the issue, and photos.

 

Exchange
We do not recommend exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we suggest placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original one for a refund.
